How to use

Adding states

To add a state, double-click the canvas or right-click the canvas and click Add New State.

Moving states

Click and drag a state to move it.

Setting start and final states

To make a state the start state, right-click the state and click Toggle Start State. To make a state a final state, double-click the state.

Removing states

To remove a state, click the state and press the Delete key, or right-click the state and click Remove State.

Adding transitions

To add a transition, hold the Shift key, click a state, and drag the arrow to another state. To add a self-loop, hold Shift and click the state.

Editing transitions

To edit a state, right-click the state the transition originates from. Click Edit transition to change the symbol(s) of the transition. Click Remove transition to remove the transition.


For transitions between separate states, the Curvature slider determines how much the transition line arcs between the states. For self-loops, the Loop angle slider determines where the loop is placed on the state.
